- Summary
You will be accomodated in a suite for two people at Font d’Alcalà where you will enjoy high-standard local cuisine at the beginning and end of your rides. The hotel is located in a secret spot on the hills facing the mediterranean sea, a windy road will lead you to the hotel, where your main preoccupation will be recovering for the next day’s activity.
The first day you can relax, enjoy the rustic and charming town of Alcalá, as well as the charm of the hotel and its gastronomy. Both on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at an agreed time, the guide will be waiting for you together with the historian to start the adventure along the different paths that they have prepared for you (always being able to change the routes to be followed).

Day 1
NEVERA DE DALT | Easy day to warm up and get used to the mountains and the terrain, a quiet route with only a 250m difference in altitude over 10 km.
Day 2
ALCALÀ-PENYA FORADÀ | Route of approximately 10km that runs mostly along tracks or paths without any difficulty and with little unevenness. Only the last 100 meters are on a path and the slope becomes considerable, but it is worth making a small effort to contemplate the entire Gallinera Valley from this spectacular natural viewpoint. During the route we will pass through the «Nevera de Baix» (old under-the-ground depot used to pile snow collected during winter to provide ice during summer) and the deserted Moorish «Adsubieta», through which we will tell you part of the history of this area of the Alicante Mountain.
Day 3
FONT DE PAET | 12 km with 350 m climb, 2.5 hours estimated, easy route.
