— How does it work? —
Booking
1. Choose your pack
You pick up your preferred package from our boutique.
2. Send your request
A request is sent to our booking team, which will check availability on your selection so you only get to pay once all is confirmed and ready.
3. Email confirmation
Within 72h you will get a confirmation on your request (or the nearest alternative available for the dates and location you chose), the confirmation has 7 days validity, depending on availability.
4. Make your reservation
The confirmation email you get will have a secured payment option to book your package, a 20% downpayment is required for booking the package. The balance will be paid 7 days before departure. Please, see cancellation policy for more information.
The day you arrive
1. Arriving at the airport
The day you arrive at the airport a private driver will be waiting for you, should you have chosen the transfer option, and then you will be taken to the hotel. Else, you will proceed to the SIXT desk to collect your hire car.
2. Settle at your room
If you have selected one of our cycling packs, your bikes will be waiting for you at the hotel.
3. Enjoy your cYling
The first morning, if you have a guided tour, the guide will be waiting for you at the hotel at the agreed time.
4. Return to the airport
The last day, if you have a private transfer, the driver will be waiting for you at the hotel at the agreed time. You will be taken to the airport.

OUR ADMISSION POLICY:
We offer only-adults packages (+18 years).
IF YOU REQUIRE A HIRE CAR:
· We can book a hire car with our preferential rates with Sixt.
· The full amount of the hire car fee will be paid at the Sixt counter by you (Adventures Away do not act as intermediary, only provides you our preferential rates). You will need to provide a credit card for the deposit when collecting the car at the Sixt counter.
· Please, select hire car in the booking formular and we’ll send you the booking reference along with the package confirmation.
· Please note that hire cars are only available for +25 year old.
IF YOU REQUIRE A BIKE HIRE:
